あくまでも個人的な意見ですが、寝る前のストレッチは一日の疲れを癒すためだけでなく、ダイエットにも良く、そしてよく眠れます。
激しい筋トレなどは寝る前にすると、心拍数が上がり体が熱くなり眠れなくなってしまう場合が多いのですが、ゆっくりそして自分にとって気持ちいいと思えるストレッチをしてみては。
ストレッチしながら落ち着く音楽聞きながらしたり、好きなアロマの香りを焚きながらもいいですね。
From my personal experience, doing stretches helps not only relieves tensions in our body, it is also good when you are doing diet and also helps you to have good sleep.
When you do hard exercises before going to sleep, your heart rate will rise up therefore, it will become difficult to have good quality of sleep. Instead, try doing stretches that feels natural to you, or position that doe not give tension to your body. While doing stretches, you can listen to calming BGM and/or with aroma of your choice!
For calming, I personally like to use lavender or ylang-ylang essential oil 🙂 If you are planning on using essential oil, you can use aroma stone by applying 1~2 drops of oils (adjust the drops by its strength of smell), if you have diffuser, this works well too. For more simple way, you can use tissue or cotton and apply 1~2 drops and set them near yourself.
