炭水化物といっても調べるとこんなものまで・・・
なので、全てをやめるのは無理だったので、まず白いご飯をやめました。
毎日のお弁当も、サンドウイッチ、サラダ・・・などに変えてもらい
ご飯やおやつの小麦粉はできるだけ少なく、豆腐やおからにかえて。。。
でも、ひとり暮らしをしているわけではないので、続けるのは大変でした💦
結局、舞台前の1〜2ヶ月しか続かず、その後は、やっぱり普通の食事に戻ってしまい、リバウンド。。。
一生炭水化物なしで生きていくのは絶対無理!と思ったので別のダイエットに。
There’s so many food products that contains carbohydrates that it is almost impossible to exclude carbs from our meals
So the first step I took is quit eating white rice.
I used to bring rice for my lunch when I went to school but because I decided not to eat them, I told my mother to change rice with salad, sandwiches, etc.
I also tried to eat minimum amount of flour product, so whenever I wanted to have something sweet, I used tofu and okara (soy pulp) in exchange with flour.
But because I don’t live alone, I was hard for me to continue…
Therefore, I was only able to continue for 1 to 2 month, and because I was craving for rice, I had to bring back to normal diet which caused to gain weight again…
I find it impossible for me to continue no carb diet so I decided to move on to the next diet and find the one that I can continue long-term without being stressed.
