- 制限ダイエット
- 炭水化物抜きダイエット
- 食品置き換えダイエット
- 1食置き換えダイエット
- スープ7日間ダイエット
- 運動(毎日のバレエレッスン以外)
- ストレッチ/筋トレ
- マッサージ
運動もしなきゃ行けないけど、筋肉が付きやすい体質だからやった分だけしっかりと筋肉が増強される💧しかも油断するとその上に脂肪も・・・
わたしがやってきたダイエットを感じたままをかいていきたいと思います。
My history of diet
As a teen, I found out doing diet is really difficult to keep…
Since the beginning of teen until last teen, I have done several diet which is as listed ↓
- limiting sugar, carbs, fats
- diet without carbohydrates
- food replacement diet
- one-meal replacement diet (eating large meal for breakfast and eating light meals (e.g.: salad) for dinner)
- 7 days soup diet
- exercising everyday (exclude ballet)
- stretching/work out
- massage
I recognize that it is very important to do some exercise, but my build up muscles very easily, therefore the more I workout, my muscle becomes bigger and stronger… and if not being too careful, the fats also gets in the way💦
Through the blog, I want to share the reflection on some of the diet that I have done in the past.
